In this paper,the research process of nickel ion precipitation testing method of nickel-titanium stent was described in detail.The nickel ion precipitation behavior of nickel-titanium stent was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively by using inductively coupled plasma spectrometer(ICP).The research includes sample preparation,reagent selection,instrument optimization,standard preparation and quality control solution preparation,aiming to establish an accurate,reliable and practical nickel ion precipitation test method.
