In order to solve the effective traceability of the vertical axis deviation measuring instrument and ensure that the vertical axis deviation of the bottle container meets the production needs of the enterprise,according to the measurement principle of the vertical axis deviation measuring instrument,the calibration items and calibration methods of the vertical axis deviation measuring instrument are studied in this paper,and the uncertainty of the calibration results of the vertical axis deviation of the instrument is evaluated.The results show that the uncertainty of the calibration results is less than one-third of the allowable error requirement.This shows that this calibration method is accurate and reliable.
