Based on the research on the digital transformation of taximeter metrology work,the paper proposes an early warning mechanism for out of tolerance that facilitates governments and enterprises to manage taxis and taximeters according to demands.Based on the data statistical analysis method,the early warning level rules of taximeter metrology datum are clarified,the design of early warning status and early warning signs are given,and the analysis results are displayed by data visualization method.At the same time,a weight coefficient scoring method is proposed.The higher the score of the data set,the closer the analysis result is to the ideal status.This paper provides practical application experience for metrology data supporting company and government supervision.
