摘要

以组合量块式轮径测量器检具为对象,分析了目前常用方法中存在的问题,提出了一种新的测量思路,并开发了基于激光干涉仪的测量方法和测量装置.通过测量不确定度的分析评定和实验的比对验证,证明该装置的测量能力是满足相关要求的,能够对组合量块式轮径测量器检具进行有效测量.

Abstract

This article takes the combined gauge block type wheel diameter measuring tool as the object,analyzes the existing problems which commonly used in current,proposes a new measurement idea,and develops a measurement method and device based on a laser interferometer.Through the analysis and evaluation of measurement uncertainty and experimental comparison verification,it has been proven that the measuring ability of this device comply with relevant requirements and can effectively measure the combined gauge type wheel diameter measuring tool.
