摘要
以压电式加速度传感器作为电动振动试验系统垂直台面的加速度控制传感器,分析控制传感器在台面不同位置、设置不同灵敏度值时所采集的正弦振动试验数据,发现控制传感器布置在台面中间位置时,正弦振动试验结果最准确可靠,而对控制传感器设置不同的灵敏度值时,所采集到的结果数据偏差较大.研究结果可为实验室开展正弦振动试验时控制传感器安装位置的选取和灵敏度值设置提供依据.
Abstract
This article takes the piezoelectric acceleration control sensor as the vertical table of the electric vibration test system,and analyzes the vibration test data collected when the control sensor is placed at different positions on the table and different sensitivity values were set.It is found that when the control sensor is placed in the middle of the table,the vibration test results were accurate and reliable.And setting different sensitivity values can result in significant deviation in the collected data results.The research results can provide a basis for selecting the installation position of control sensors and correctly setting sensitivity values during the sinusoidal vibration test in the laboratory.
