摘要

溶液介质会对水中锌在火焰原子吸收装置上的吸光度值产生影响,文章测试了酸性介质浓度和种类对相同浓度的水中锌溶液测定结果的影响,发现酸性介质的浓度会在一定程度上影响水中锌在火焰原子吸收装置上的吸光度值.因此,在实际样品的测试过程中应严格控制标准物质及样品溶液中酸性介质的浓度,以减少酸性介质浓度对测试结果产生的影响.

Abstract

The solution medium can affect the absorbance values of zinc in water when using a flame atomic absorption spectrometer.This study tested the influence of different concentrations and types of acids in the solution on the determination of zinc in water.It was found that the absorbance values of zinc in water on the flame atomic absorption spectrometer are significantly affected by the acid concentration.Therefore,it is essential to control the acid concentration of standard solutions and sample solutions,in order to minimize its impact on the experimental results.
