机动车尾气排放监测用混合气体标准物质的研制及其不确定度分析

介绍了一种用于机动车尾气排放监测用混合气体标准物质的研制方法.制备的混合气体通过比较法定值,运用傅里叶红外光谱气体分析仪作为检测分析手段考察其均匀性和稳定性.同时对所研制气体标准物质特性量值进行不确定度分析,并通过比对验证实验确保量值的准确性.
Abstract
The manuscript describes the process of preparing the mixed gas reference material for vehicle exhaust emission monitoring.The prepared mixture gas was used to determine the characteristic quantitative value by comparative calibration method,and the homogeneity and stability were investigated by using a Fourier infrared spectroscopy gas analyzer as the detection means.At the same time,the uncertainty analysis of the characteristic values of the developed gas reference material was carried out,and the accuracy of the values was ensured by comparative verification experiments.
