超声波燃气表脉动流测量装置的研制及不确定度评定

超声波燃气表具有量程宽、耐磨损、压损低等优势,逐渐在燃气计量领域得到推广和应用.脉动流量计量性能是超声波燃气表的重要计量性能之一.依据GB/T 39841-2021,研制了一套超声波燃气表脉动流测量装置,以临界流喷嘴作为主标准器,利用高速换向阀准确、稳定地产生脉动流量.装置流量范围:0.075~11.5 m3/h,扩展不确定度:Urel=0.28%(k=2),可以满足G1.6~G16规格的超声波燃气表脉动流测试需求和G1.6~G10规格的超声波燃气表常规检定和校准需求.
Ultrasonic gas meters have the advantages of wide range,wear resistance,and low pressure loss,and are gradually being promoted and applied in the field of gas metering.The pulsed flow metering performance is one of the important metering properties of ultrasonic gas meters,according to GB/T 39841-2021,a set of ultrasonic gas meter pulsed flow measurement device was developed,which used the critical flow nozzle as the main standard to accurately and stably generate the pulsed flow by using the high-speed reversing valve.The flow range of the device is 0.075-11.5 m3/h,with an expanded uncertainty of Urel=0.28%(k=2),which meets the requirements of the pulsed flow test of the ultrasonic gas meter of G1.6-G16 and the verification and calibration of the ultrasonic gas meter of G1.6-G10.
