磷酸二氢钠纯水级电导率标准溶液

摘要
研制了磷酸二氢钠纯水级电导率标准溶液.采用精密电导率仪对磷酸二氢钠纯水级电导率标准溶液进行定值研究,对特性量值进行均匀性检验和稳定性监测,并系统分析与评估了标准物质研制过程中引入的不确定度.结果表明,磷酸二氢钠纯水级电导率标准溶液的量值为9.58 μS/cm,相对扩展不确定度为1.3%(k=2),特性量值均匀性良好,贮存期在23周以上.
Abstract
A conductivity reference material at pure water level of sodium dihydrogen phosphate was developed.The conductivity of reference material was measured by precision conductivity meter.The homogeneity and stability were examined and the uncertainty was comprehensively evaluated.The results indicates that the conductivity of reference material of sodium dihydrogen phosphate was 9.58 μS/cm with expanded uncertainty of 1.3%(k=2),and with good uniformity of characterstic value,and the storage period was more than 23 weeks.
