摘要

针对航天科研生产现场快速开展现场计量、完成计量证书的生成及审核审批的业务需求,研究可移动智能交互全流程机动式功率敏感器计量系统的设计与实现.其中包括对信息管理系统的技术架构、软件功能和任务流程进行设计,对信息管理系统相匹配的可移动自动化计量检定或校准系统进行开发,研制小型局域网环境下的具备自动化计量管理、互动式现场计量、计量证书自动生成等功能的智能交互式可移动计量平台,实现对功率敏感器全过程计量信息记录、可追溯和集中管理,提高现场计量管理水平.

Abstract

In response to the business needs of rapid on-site measurement,rapid completion of meas-urement certificate generation,and rapid review and approval in aerospace research and production sites,research is conducted on the design and implementation of a mobile interactive full process measurement service system for power sensors metrology.The technical architecture,software functions,and task flow of the intelligent information management system on the platform are designed.A mobile auto-mated metrology verification/calibration system was developed to match information management system.An intelligent interactive mobile metrology platform with functions such as automated me-trology management,interactive on-site metrology,and automatic generation of metrology certificates in a small local area network environment was developed.This platform enables the recording,tracea-bility,and centralized management of power sensors metrology information throughout the entire process,improving the level of on-site metrology management.
