机动车OBD排放检验作弊问题分析及监管方法

摘要
分析了机动车OBD排放检验作弊问题的现状和成因,分别从做好设备的计量检测工作、加强环保平台大数据筛查、使用防作弊监管系统、加大监管力度和方式灵活性等方面论述了提高机动车OBD排放检验作弊问题监管效果的措施,并给出了遏制作弊问题的监管建议.
Abstract
By analyzing the current situation reason of cheating in the OBD emission inspection of motor vehicles,this article discusses measures to improve the effectiveness of monitoring cheating in motor vehicle OBD emission inspections,including improving equipment measurement and testing,strengthening big data screening on environmental protection platforms,using anticheating supervision systems,increasing supervision efforts and flexibility in methods and regulatory recommendations to curb cheating were provided.
