This article defines the concept of power marketing management system in conjunction with the progress of the power system reform.The present situation of power marketing management sys-tem of major domestic power generation enterprises is reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantag-es of different enterprise management systems are analyzed.In response to the current status of the marketing management system of local energy company S,suggestions for adjusting and optimizing management responsibilities are proposed.
