数字化转型提升实体企业竞争力分析

摘要
实体经济一直受到中国政府的高度重视.基于我国A股上市公司2007-2021年的面板数据,通过实证方法探究数字化转型对实体企业竞争力的影响及其内在机理,并考虑其异质性特征.研究结果表明:数字化转型有助于提升实体企业竞争力;通过对内提高创新能力,对外降低信息不对称、减缓融资约束,数字化转型显著地促进了实体企业竞争力;数字化转型对国有企业、高技术行业企业、市场化程度较高地区企业、中西部地区企业的竞争力激励作用更强.因此,今后应进一步推进企业的数字化变革,增强企业竞争力水平.
Abstract
The real economy has always been highly valued by the Chinese government.Based on the panel data of China's A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2021,this paper explores the impact of digital evolution on the competitiveness of real enterprises and its internal mechanism through empirical methods,and consid-ers its heterogeneity characteristics.The research results show that digital evolution is helpful to enhance the competitiveness of real enterprises;Through improving innovation capabilities internally and reducing informa-tion asymmetry and alleviating financing constraints externally,digital evolution significantly promotes the com-petitiveness of real enterprises;Digital evolution has a stronger incentive effect on the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises,high-tech industry enterprises,enterprises in regions with higher marketization lev-els,and enterprises in central and western regions.Therefore,in the future,we should further promote the digi-tal evolution of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness level.
