Research on Policy and Practice of Carbon Credit in Shenzhen
In recent years,various regions in China have conducted research and issued policies focusing on promoting carbon reduction at the social consumption end through carbon credit mechanisms.Shenzhen is a typical city implementing the carbon credit mechanism for daily life,and the daily consumption sector is the sec-ond largest energy consumption sector in Shenzhen after industry,with great potential for implementing carbon reduction measures through carbon credit policies.Based on the current situation of Shenzhen's carbon emis-sions,this article expounds the policy and practice of Shenzhen's carbon credit mechanism,compares the car-bon credit methodologies that have been released in Shenzhen,and analyzes the supply and demand sides of Shenzhen's carbon credit mechanism,providing a useful reference for other cities to carry out research on car-bon credit mechanisms.
