Experimental Analysis of Renovation of High-Efficiency Refrigeration Room for Air Conditioning System at a Station in Shanghai Subway
The high-efficiency technology of air conditioning system in subway stations is currently the main means of energy saving and carbon reduction in rail transit.A detailed analysis and study were conducted on the specific situation,transformation effect,and energy efficiency improvement of the high-efficiency transformation of the refrigeration room in a subway station in Shanghai.The magnetic suspension chiller was selected for the renovation,and the variable frequency technology was applied to optimize the operation of the water pump.After the renovation,the average energy efficiency ratio of the air conditioning season refrigeration room reached 5.16,and the annual power saving was about 300,000 kWh,which had significant energy saving effect.Through comparative analysis of the operat-ing data of the refrigeration room,it was found that optimization of the load rate had a direct and signifi-cant impact on the energy efficiency of the chiller.By adjusting the chiller outlet temperature and opti-mizing the variable frequency strategy of the water pump,the energy efficiency of the refrigeration room could be further improved,providing reference and assistance for the high-efficiency renovation and energy efficiency improvement of the refrigeration room in subway stations.
