从系统填报的角度提升生态环境统计数据质量

生态环境统计是环境保护年度基础性工作.数据涉及各方面,该项统计工作也极具重要意义.工业源及集中式污染治理设施生态环境数据的统计是统计工作的重中之重.为了在有限的填报时间内保证生态环境统计数据质量,解决从基层开始,即从系统填报的角度提升生态环境统计数据质量,显得尤为重要.为提升生态环境统计数据质量,首先分析了常见的完整性、合理性、突变性问题出现原因及解决思路,继而从系统填报的角度出发,通过提升操作人员对系统熟练程度、改进填报系统操作细节、优化系统审核运行机制等方面提出相关建议,以期促进生态环境统计数据的质量提升.
Improve Quality of Ecological Environment Statistical Da-ta from the Perspective of System Reporting
Ecological environment statistics is an annual basic work for environmental protection.The data in-volves various aspects,and the statistical work is also of great significance.The statistics of ecological environ-ment data from industrial sources and centralized pollution control facilities is the top priority of the statistical work.In order to ensure the quality of ecological environment statistical data in the limited reporting time,it is particularly important to solve the problem of improving the quality of ecological environment statistical data from the perspective of system reporting from the grassroots level.In order to improve the quality of ecological environment statistical data,firstly,the causes and solutions of common problems such as completeness,ratio-nality,and mutation are analyzed.Then,from the perspective of system reporting,relevant suggestions are put forward by improving the proficiency of operators in the system,improving the operation details of the reporting system,and optimizing the system audit operation mechanism,in order to promote the quality improvement of ecological environment statistical data.
