Study on Main Behavior of Energy Sav-ing Renovation for Existing Buildings in Universities
The energy saving renovation of existing buildings in uni-versities involves multiple stakeholders, and exploring the behavioral evolution strategies of its core stakeholders has important theoretical and practical significance for building a collaborative mechanism among stakeholders.Under the conditions of incomplete information symmetry and bounded rationality assumptions,a three-party game model among government departments, universities, and energy saving service companies was constructed, and evolutionary game theory was used to explore the dy-namic evolutionary process of the formation of evolutionary stable strategies among the three parties. This laid the foundation for building a collaborative mechanism among stakeholders in efficient energy performance contracting.
