摘要
氢能是一种来源丰富、绿色低碳、应用广泛的二次能源,正逐步成为全球能源转型的重要载体之一.上海是氢能产业发展的先行者,产业能级提升对碳达峰、碳中和目标实现等方面具有重要意义.研究立足于上海氢能产业发展的基础,研判了产业能级提升过程中制氢、储运、应用方面应重点关注安全、经济、技术等维度的风险因素,并从促进全链条高质量发展、夯实竞争优势方面提出上海氢能产业能级提升的发力点.
Abstract
Hydrogen energy is a secondary energy source with abun-dant sources,green and low carbon characteristics,and wide applica-tion,which is gradually becoming one of the important carriers of global energy transformation.Shanghai is a pioneer in the develop-ment of the hydrogen energy industry,and the upgrading of industrial energy level is of great signifi-cance for achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Based on the foundation of the de-velopment of Shanghai hydrogen energy industry,this study analyzed the risk factors in the aspects of hydrogen production,storage and transportation,and application in the process of industrial energy lev-el upgrading,which should focus on safety,economy,technology and other dimensions,and proposed the power point of Shanghai hydrogen energy industry energy level upgrading from the aspects of pro-moting the high-quality development of the whole chain and consolidating the competitive advantage.
