摘要
由于工艺需要,热电厂生产环节中存在着各种各样的节流、减压装置,如减温减压器、减压阀、调节阀.因系统设计、压力匹配方面的原因,上述设备在完成各自功能的前提下,或多或少存在着做功能力损失即"(火用)损",看似无形,却实实在在消耗了可用能.如何把无形的节流减压损失转化为有形的电能输出,在完成基本功能的同时回收利用部分"(火用)损",实现能源梯级利用,是工程技术领域值得探究的重大课题.通过螺杆膨胀机发电技术在热电厂高压除氧器进汽系统的优化设计和应用示范,推广了一种节能新技术和新理念.
Abstract
Due to the process requirements,there are various throttling and pressure relief devices in the production process of thermal power plants,such as temperature and pressure reducers,pressure relief valves,and regulating valves.Due to the system design and pressure matching reasons,the above-mentioned equipment,while completing their respective functions,have more or less loss of work capacity,which is known as"loss of efficiency".It seems invisible,but it actually consumes avail-able energy.How to convert the invisible loss of throttling and pressure relief into tangible power out-put,while completing basic functions and recycling some of the"loss of efficiency",to achieve energy cascade utilization,is a major issue worthy of exploration in the field of engineering technology.The op-timization design and application demonstration of screw expander power generation technology in the high pressure deaerator inlet system of thermal power plants has promoted a new energy-saving tech-nology and new concept.
