摘要

风机是将电动机的机械能用于输送气体能量的机械.针对风机在机组运行中出现的叶片通过频率振动,指出了流体的压力脉动是其激振源,而加剧叶片通过频率振动故障会导致风机和电机轴承故障.以工程实例,可为类似振动故障的处理提供参考,提出防治对策.

Abstract

A fan is a machine that uses the mechanical energy of an electric motor to transfer gas ener-gy.In response to the frequency vibration of the blades during the operation of the fan unit,it is pointed out that the pressure pulsation of the fluid is the source of excitation,and the exacerbation of the blade frequency vibration fault can lead to bearing failure of the fan and motor.Using engineering examples,this article provides a reference for handling similar vibration faults and proposes prevention and con-trol measures.
