摘要

通过对国内某大型露天极贫磁铁矿的采矿工序、选矿工序、铁精矿单位产品的能耗分析和溯源,分别从技术上、管理上、结构上提出了节能降耗建议,对类似开采方式和生产工艺的铁矿企业能源管理有一定的借鉴意义,也为矿山、钢铁行业产业链协同节能管理提供重要的参考依据.

Abstract

Through analyzing and tracing the energy consumption per unit product of mining process,beneficiation process and iron concentrate of a large open-pit extremely poor magnetite in China,some suggestions on energy saving and consumption reduction are put forward from the aspects of technology,management and structure.These suggestions can provide a reference for iron ore enter-prises with similar mining methods and production processes,and also provide important reference for collaborative energy-saving management within the mining and steel industries.
