Energy Saving Renovation and Effectiveness Evaluation of the Air Conditioning System in a Industrial Plant
Based on the actual system and energy consumption characteristics of an industrial plant in a hot summer and cold winter region,combined with the production process flow,a targeted energy saving renovation of the plant's air conditioning system was carried out,and the operating benefits were calculated and statistically analyzed.The results showed that by adopting measures such as waste heat recovery,optimizing unit capacity,eliminating old units,and using water storage,the annual energy-saving rate of the air conditioning system reached 46.8%,and the energy consumption cost was reduced by 54.6%,which yields substantial economic and social benefits.
