低碳城市建设对绿色全要素碳生产率的影响——基于低碳试点政策的研究

为准确评估低碳城市试点建设的绿色全要素碳生产率提升效应,将低碳城市作为研究对象,基于2003-2022年中国277个城市的面板数据,使用多期双重差分模型实证检验低碳城市建设对绿色全要素碳生产率的影响效应及其作用机制.结果显示,与非试点城市相比,低碳试点政策能显著促进城市绿色全要素碳生产率提升.机制分析表明,低碳试点可以通过优化产业结构及产业技术创新促进绿色全要素碳生产率提升,且经过一系列稳健性检验后,上述结论依然成立.
The Impact of Low Carbon City Construction on Green Total Factor Carbon Productivity——A Study Based on Low Carbon Pi-lot Policies
In order to accurately evaluate the improvement effect of green total factor carbon productivity in the pilot construction of low carbon cities,low carbon cities are taken as the research object,and uses a multi-period difference-in-differences model based on the panel data of 277 cities in China from 2003 to 2022 to empirically test the impact effect and mechanism of low carbon city construction on green total factor carbon productivity.The results show that compared with non-pilot cities,the low carbon pilot policy can sig-nificantly promote the improvement of urban green total factor carbon productivity.The mechanism analysis shows that low carbon pilot can promote the improvement of green total factor carbon productivity by optimiz-ing industrial structure and industrial technological innovation.After a series of robustness tests,the above conclusion still holds.
