Research on the Path of Shanghai's In-dustrial Green and Low Carbon Trans-formation under the"Double Carbon"Strategy
Shanghai is the largest economic center in China,and achieving the strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality has a significant impact on the country and even the world.Driven by the significant de-mand for achieving the"Double Carbon"goals in Shanghai,this study focuses on the industrial green and low carbon transformation in key areas of carbon emissions in Shanghai.The current status of carbon emissions in Shanghai's industrial sector is analyzed,and policy measures supporting transformation are sorted out.Draw-ing on international green development experience,short-term,medium-term,and long-term goals and imple-mentation paths are proposed from the two dimensions of the"3060"time span and the"source-process-end"production process,as well as four key technical directions such as green hydrogen substitution,aiming to provide reference for the industrial low-carbon transformation practice of Shanghai,a mega city.
