不同进水口温度下相变蓄热器传热特性研究

高能效的热泵技术是解决碳排放问题的有效技术手段.相变蓄热技术可进一步提升热泵系统的能效比并解决热量供需端的不匹配问题.设计相变蓄热式热泵热水器的蓄热箱体,建立蓄热式热水换热器的三维瞬态模型,探索进水口温度与相变蓄热材料之间的传热特性.模拟计算可知:进水口温度越低,传热温差越大,热流密度越大,进水口温度为15℃较进水口温度为25℃供应80℃热水时间短14.5%左右.模拟计算结果验证了蓄热式热泵热水器的可行性,为热泵热水器进一步应用提供了理论依据.
Research on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Phase Change Heat Storage under Different Inlet Temperatures
High energy efficient heat pump technology is an effective technical means to solve the prob-lem of carbon emissions.Phase change heat storage technology can further improve the energy effi-ciency ratio of heat pump systems and solve the mismatch problem between heat supply and demand.Design the heat storage box of a phase change heat pump water heater,establish a three-dimensional transient model of the heat storage hot water heat exchanger,and explore the heat transfer character-istics between the inlet temperature and the phase change heat storage material.Simulation calcula-tions show that the lower the inlet temperature,the larger the heat transfer temperature difference,and the higher the heat flux density.The inlet temperature of 15℃is about 14.5%shorter than the inlet temperature of 25℃,and the time to supply 80℃hot water is about 14.5%.The simulation calculation results have verified the feasibility of thermal storage heat pump water heaters,providing a theoretical basis for further application of heat pump water heaters.
