摘要

秦山核电不仅有效缓解了长三角、珠三角等重点用能地区电力供应紧张的矛盾,而且助力我国核能产业实现了"从小到大"的跃迁.研究剖析了秦山核电的成功因素,论述了我国核电发展步入新阶段不仅能够提供低碳电力,还能够产生可观的经济和社会效益,以及形成低碳生态.立足上海能源发展需求,研究得出布局海岛核电可实现能源和产业双收益.

Abstract

Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant has not only effectively alleviated the tension of power supply in the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and other key energy-using regions,but also helped Chi-na's nuclear energy industry to realize the leap from"small to big".The study analyzes the success factors of the Qinshan nuclear power plant,and discusses how China's new stage of nuclear power de-velopment can not only provide low carbon electricity,but also generate considerable economic and social benefits,as well as form a low carbon ecosystem.Based on Shanghai's energy development needs,it is concluded that the layout of island nuclear power can achieve both energy and industrial benefits.
