Research on Legal Countermeasures for China's Green and Low Carbon Energy Development under the Perspec-tive of "Double Carbon"
Promoting the green and low carbon development of energy is a necessary way to achieve the goal of"Double Carbon".China's economic development paths have long relied on high carbon en-ergy,so the key to promoting the green and low carbon development of energy is to reduce carbon and promote the long-term development of clean energy.Combined with the experience of the international community and major developed countries in the energy transition,China's energy development exists in the low carbon legal system is not perfect,insufficient technical support and monopoly in the energy sector and other problems,seriously impede the realization of the low carbon revolution.In order to achieve the goal of"Double Carbon",it is necessary to reconstruct the legal system suitable for green and low carbon transition,improve the cultivation of entrepreneurship in the field of energy and the sys-tem of technological innovation incentives,as well as promote the market-oriented reform of the ener-gy sector,so as to improve the efficiency of energy utilization and truly realize the green and low car-bon development of energy.
