摘要

根据专业机构测算,我国建筑垃圾产量在2023年将达到22亿t左右.目前建筑垃圾的主要处理方式正由堆存填埋向资源再生转变.基于对深圳市、绍兴市、许昌市、海口市的城市建筑垃圾再生利用情况的调研,分析"双碳"背景下我国建筑垃圾再生利用面临的挑战,并结合欧美、日本等国的建筑垃圾再生利用经验,提出促进我国建筑垃圾再生利用的相关政策建议.

Abstract

According to the estimation of professional organizations,the production of construction waste in China will reach about 2.2 billion tons in 2023.At present,the main treatment method of con-struction waste is changing from stockpiling and landfilling to resource recycling.Based on the research of urban construction waste recycling in Shenzhen,Shaoxing,Xuchang and Haikou,we analyze the challenges of construction waste recycling in China under the background of"Double Carbon",and put forward the relevant policy suggestions to promote the recycling of China's construction waste by com-bining with the experience of recycling construction waste in Europe,America,Japan and other coun-tries.
