摘要

"双碳"目标下,探究中国天然气消费及其影响路径对助力实现能源向绿色低碳转型具有重要意义.基于2000-2019年省级平衡面板数据,使用三阶段最小二乘法对天然气消费路径进行了检验.研究表明,城镇化在直接作用方面对我国天然气消费整体呈促进作用;在间接路径方面通过经济效益、人口效应、结构效应和强度效益间接影响天然气消费.总体来看,城镇化对天然气消费的直接效应为正向,间接效应为负向,并且正向效应大于负向效应.最后从"双碳"目标及低碳环保的角度提出促进天然气消费的政策建议,进而解决我国长期以来存在的煤炭依赖问题,助力缓解环境压力,实现"双碳"目标下的能源转型.

Abstract

Under the"Double Carbon"goal,it is important to explore China's natural gas consumption and its influence path to help realize the green and low carbon energy transition.Based on the provincial balanced panel data from 2000 to 2019,the path of natural gas consumption is examined using the three-stage least squares method.The study shows that urbanization has a promotional effect on China's natural gas consump-tion as a whole in terms of direct effects;And indirectly affects natural gas consumption through economic ben-efits,demographic effects,structural effects and intensity benefits in terms of indirect paths.Overall,the direct effect of urbanization on natural gas consumption is positive and the indirect effect is negative,and the positive effect is greater than the negative effect.Finally,from the perspective of"Double Carbon"goal and low carbon environmental protection,we put forward policy suggestions to promote natural gas consumption,so as to solve the long-standing coal dependence problem in China,help alleviate the environmental pressure,and re-alize the energy transition under the"Double Carbon"goal.
