Using China's historical panel data from 2000-2019,a quantile regression is established to explore the impact of foreign trade level,urbanization level,industrial structure upgrading and environmental regulation on China's carbon emissions.The empirical study finds that foreign trade and urbanization level are positively related to carbon emissions,while industrial structure upgrading and environmental regulation are negatively related to carbon emissions.
