Research on Optimization of Desulfur-ization Slurry Circulating Pump Oper-ation Combination Based on Model Prediction
The optimized combination of slurry circulation pumps has an important impact on the eco-nomic operation of FGD plant.Under the current situation of large fluctuation of unit load conditions and strict limitations on the net flue gas SO2 concentration,it is difficult to rely on the operator's experience to manually adjust to achieve economic operation.To address this situation,a data-driven prediction model of the desulfurization unit has been established based on the FIR model identification method,and an online optimization suggestion system for circulating pump combinations has been developed by combining expert knowledge and on-site equipment constraints to optimize the economic operation under the premise of guaranteeing safe and standard-achieving operation of the desulfurization unit.The actual production and application results show that the system can reduce 20.5%of the slurry cost and 3.7%of the electricity cost after commissioning,which is of reference significance for the energy saving and emission reduction and intelligent renovation work of thermal power plants.
