摘要

围绕某医院高效冷却塔改造项目,介绍了所选用的高效冷却塔节能原理、系统传感器及计量仪表设置情况、冷却塔控制逻辑及运行指标设计.对冷却塔运行历史数据进行了统计分析,包括电耗、水耗分析及逼近度分析,数据显示,塔组节能具有较好的散热能力,能为冷水机组提供良好的工况条件.高效全工况冷却塔方案具有推广价值.

Abstract

Centering on a hospital's high-efficiency cooling tower renovation project,the selected high-efficiency cooling tower energy saving principle,system sensors and metering instrumentation settings,cooling tower control logic and operation index design are introduced.Statistical analysis of the cooling tower operation history data,including power consumption,water consumption analysis and approximation analysis,the data show that the tower group energy saving has a better heat dissipation ability,can provide good working conditions for the chiller unit.The high-efficiency full-condition cool-ing tower program has popularization value.
