Under the goal of"Double Carbon",energy hosting empowers hospitals to transform into green and low carbon organizations.Based on the current situation of energy consumption and cold and heat source system of a general hospital in Shanghai,in order to solve the current difficulties faced by the hospital,the energy hosting mode is adopted to carry out energy saving renovation of the cold and heat source system,the energy saving renovation program of the cold and heat source system and energy hosting service program are proposed,and energy saving benefit analysis is carried out.At the same time,the project adopts a new business model of energy trusteeship,in which the energy saving service company finances the implementation of the renovation and is responsible for energy operation and management,which not only solves the financial bottleneck of the hospital,but also provides a strong support for creating a comfortable medical environment and building a safe,healthy,intelligent and green logistic and energy saving service guarantee system,providing a reference for the renova-tion of the hospital's cooling and heating source system in Shanghai and even in regions with hot sum-mers and cold winters.It also provides strong support for building a safe,healthy,intelligent and green logistics energy saving service guarantee system.
