Abstract
In recent years,electric power enterprises have been promoting the development of"fusion of the two"and vigorously upgrading digitalization,networking and intelligence.It focuses on the appli-cation of informatized statistical report system in power plant management,specifically introduces the process of generating informatized statistical report system,including demand analysis,data source collection,system framework construction,etc.Furthermore,the role of the informatized statistical re-port system in analyzing and managing power plants'economic activities is discussed.This includes fu-el management,planning and statistical management,technical supervision,and other areas.It pro-vides a valuable reference for advancing the management workflow of power generation enterprises and contributes to the informatization construction that promotes the management process within these entities.
