摘要
以上海市某医院为例,分析了医院采用合同能源管理模式实施综合节能改造的经济效益,包括直接节能效益、运营托管效益、锅炉维保减少效益、特种工人员精简效益、锅炉拆除效益等,同时提出节能建设要以安全、适用、经济为导向,并在合同能源管理项目实施前,应充分考虑技术可行性、经济合理性、运行可靠性、外部建设条件完备性等,此分析为其它行业合同能源管理的实施提供了参考.
Abstract
Taking a hospital in Shanghai as an example,we analyzed the economic benefits of the hos-pital's comprehensive energy saving renovation by using the contract energy management mode.These benefits include direct energy savings,improved operation and hosting,reduced boiler mainte-nance,streamlined special worker tasks,and the advantages from dismantling boilers.It is proposed that energy saving construction should prioritize safety,applicability,and economy.Before implement-ing a contract energy management project,full consideration must be given to the technical feasibility,economic rationality,operational reliability,and the completeness of external construction conditions.This analysis serves as a reference for implementing contract energy management in other industries.
