摘要

汽轮机作为发电机组关键的大型设备,其轴承振动大对设备损伤非常严重,查找出原因及针对性处理措施很重要.针对某公司配套的抽汽背压发电机组在原始开车过程振动大问题进行了分析,找到了原因及处理方法,成功降低了振动烈度,处理过程及方法对同行类似问题具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract

As a key large-scale equipment of generator set,the vibration of steam turbine bearing is serious for the damage of the equipment,and it is crucial to identify the causes and implement targeted remedial measures.For a company supporting the pumping backpressure generator set in the original driving process vibration problem was analyzed,the causes and remedial measures were identified,and successfully reduced vibration intensity.This approach and methodology may serve as a reference for similar issues in the industry.
