Optimization of Commissioning Methods for Nuclear Grade Pressure Transmitters
Based on the testing principles of Rosemount's nuclear grade pressure transmitters,a more accurate calibration method called the'Zero Adjustment Method'is theoretically proposed.By employ-ing this method, one can determine the impact of consecutively adjusting either the zero current or the full-scale current on the transmitter's range and zero point via straightforward calculations, thereby en-abling continuous adjustment of the transmitter, offering significant theoretical backing for field tests, and substantially reducing the duration of these tests. At the same time, the adjustment process of the transmitter to experience-based process,in-depth to the theoretical calculation of the way,but also greatly reduces the field test personnel experience requirements.
