Optimization Design and Application of Structure of Alloy Desulfurization Tower Based on Finite Element Analysis
With the advancement of the national Belt and Road Initiative and the increasingly stringent international environmental protection policies,the flue gas treatment in coal-fired power plants,particu-larly in the design,operation and maintenance of desulfurization towers,has become a focal point for the electric power industry in countries along this route.The structural optimization of the desulfuriza-tion tower made of alloy material used in a foreign thermal power project is aimed at reducing the main-tenance cost and improving the stability of the equipment.Through the use of finite element simulation calculations on the desulfurization tower force analysis to achieve the dual objectives of reducing equipment weight and cost savings,the research results have been successfully applied to a number of domestic and foreign desulfurization projects,confirming its economy and practicality.The basic situa-tion of the project,design innovations and application prospects are described in detail,providing new design ideas and technical references for similar projects.
