数字经济对双向FDI协调发展水平的影响研究

摘要
作为国际资本流通的重要形式,构建双向FDI协调发展机制,是实现我国更高质量开放型经济体制建设的重要举措.基于我国2011-2020年30个省市自治区面板数据,通过使用泰尔指数、变异系数、固定效应模型、中介效应模型、空间杜宾模型,多角度多维度检验了数字经济和双向FDI协调发展水平的变动趋势和影响机制.实证结果表明,数字经济能够显著促进双向FDI协调发展水平,经济发展、金融发展是数字经济促进双向FDI协调发展的重要原因.相关研究在理论上有助于解析数字经济对双向FDI协调发展的作用机理与特征,实践上有助于中国政府充分利用数字经济赋予的时代机遇,促进各地区"走出去"与"引进来"协调发展.
Abstract
As a significant form of international capital flow,establishing a coordinated development mecha-nism for two-way Foreign Direct Investment(FDI)is crucial to enhance China's open economic system.Based on panel data from 30 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China from 2011 to 2020,this study examines the changing trends and impact mechanisms of the coordinated development level of the digi-tal economy and two-way FDI from multiple perspectives and dimensions using the Theil index,coefficient of variation,fixed effects model,mediation effect model,and spatial Durbin model.The empirical results indicate that the digital economy can significantly promote the coordinated development level of two-way FDI,and eco-nomic and financial development are important reasons for the digital economy to promote the coordinated de-velopment of two-way FDI.Related research theoretically helps to analyze the mechanism and characteristics of the role of the digital economy in the coordinated development of two-way FDI,and in practice,it helps the Chinese government fully utilize the opportunities provided by the digital economy to promote the coordinated development of"Going Outside"and"Bringing Inside"in various regions.
