Practice of Digital Technology in Coal Yard Management of Power Plants
Through the digital renovation of coal yard technology,the coal yard environment of Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has been effectively improved,and the losses in the coal yard have continued to decrease.The coal blending and co firing work for power generation has become more precise.On the basis of the closed renovation of the coal yard,digital construction is im-plemented for the coal yard.Through data collection and calculation of coal,real-time information such as coal quantity,quality,price,and storage time in various areas of the coal yard is reflected,realizing functions such as temperature monitoring and early warning of coal piles,dust suppression and explo-sion prevention,unmanned operation of stacker reclaimers,guiding coal blending and co firing work,improving fuel management level,and bringing new ideas and breakthroughs to the sustainable envi-ronmental protection and economic operation of power plants.The application of digital technology in coal yard management has played a significant role in environmental protection and coal resource allo-cation in power plants.The successful renovation of digital coal yard technology also has certain refer-ence value for the application of digital technology in other professional management work in power plants.
