Analysis and Application of Energy Saving Measures for Optimization of Chemical System Operation in Thermal Power Plants
The price of coal continues to rise,and the cost of electricity generation for power generation companies has skyrocketed.By lowering the pH value of the feedwater,increasing the concentration of acid and alkali in the regeneration of the fine treatment resin,and prolonging the acid and alkali inlet time,the operating cycle of the fine treatment resin can be extended,the number of regenerations can be reduced,and the amount of chemicals and desalinated water can be saved.In the context of spot trading in the electricity market,utilizing the price difference between peak and valley electricity,and utilizing equipment such as cooling towers,industrial water tanks,desalination water tanks,and con-densate water tanks for water storage and energy storage,the goal of energy saving,consumption re-duction,and potential efficiency improvement can be achieved.
