汽车制造业是能源消费和碳排放的主要工业领域之一,推动汽车生产环节的节能与能效提升,对于汽车企业实现绿色低碳高质量发展,具有重要的战略和现实意义.涂装车间是汽车生产过程中能耗最高的区域,介绍了实施涂装车间烘房余热利用项目的应用实践,包括系统设计方案、现场实施、节能减碳降本的实际效果.
Abstract
The automobile manufacturing industry is one of the main industrial fields of energy con-sumption and carbon emissions.Promoting energy saving and energy efficiency in automobile produc-tion has important strategic and practical significance for automobile enterprises to achieve green,low carbon and high-quality development.The coating workshop is the area with the highest energy con-sumption in the process of automobile production.The application practice of implementing the waste heat utilization project of the drying room in the coating workshop was introduced,including the system design scheme,on-site implementation,and the actual effect of energy saving,carbon reduction and cost reduction.
