新结构经济学视角下中国工业绿色转型路径分析

通过分析中国省域工业发展情况,发现工业绿色转型呈现出良好的发展态势,取得了较大进步,但区域差异较大,工业绿色转型仍存在较大的提升空间.因此,以新结构经济学为视角出发,从禀赋结构、有效市场、有为政府三个角度分析不同区域提高工业绿色转型水平的现实路径,并提出差异化对策建议.
Abstract
By analyzing China's provincial industrial development,it is found that industrial green transformation shows a good development trend and has made great progress,but regional differences are large,and there is still much room for improvement in industrial green transformation.Therefore,from the perspective of new structural economics,this paper analyzes the realistic path to improve the level of industrial green transformation in different regions from three perspectives:factor endowment struc-ture,efficient market and active government,and puts forward differentiated countermeasures and suggestions.
