摘要
自2017年以来,中国的新能源汽车疾速驶入发展轨道,对外出口量逐年增加,且在欧洲地区销售广泛.为探究中国对欧盟各个地区新能源汽车出口贸易的影响因素,选取新能源汽车出口欧盟在内的27个欧洲国家2017-2022年的面板数据,构建了以进出口国GDP、欧盟人均GDP、欧盟各国与中国的地理距离、欧盟的石油消费量和专利申请量为指标的贸易引力模型进行实证分析.结果表明,进出口国的GDP、欧盟的石油消费量和专利申请量与中国新能源汽车的出口贸易呈正相关性,而人均GDP和地理距离则会产生阻碍效果.因此,中国政府应制定与实施新能源汽车产业扶持政策,完善基础设施和加强国际谈判,企业应着重提升技术水平和实行差异化出口战略.
Abstract
Since 2017,China's new energy vehicles have been speeding into the development track,and the volume of foreign exports has increased year by year,and they are widely sold in the European region.In order to explore the influencing factors of China's export trade of new energy vehicles to various regions of the Euro-pean Union,the panel data of 27 European countries,including the export of new energy vehicles to the Euro-pean Union,from 2017 to 2022 were selected,and a trade gravity model was constructed with the GDP of im-porting and exporting countries,the per capita GDP of the European Union,the geographic distance of the Eu-ropean Union countries from China,the petroleum consumption of the European Union,and the number of pat-ent applications as the indexes to be empirically analyzed.The results show that the GDP of importing and ex-porting countries,oil consumption and patent applications in the EU are positively correlated with China's ex-port trade of new energy vehicles,while GDP per capita and geographic distance have a hindering effect.Therefore,the Chinese government should formulate and implement supportive policies for the new energy ve-hicle industry,improve infrastructure and strengthen international negotiations,and enterprises should focus on upgrading technology and implementing differentiated export strategies.
