摘要
基于产业竞争力视角的中蒙经贸合作研究将为中蒙俄经济走廊建设注入新活力,进一步推动两国贸易高质量发展,也为"一带一路"沿线国家经贸合作提供参考借鉴.首先分析中蒙的贸易规模、贸易结构和贸易对象国.其次对中国和蒙古细分产业进行贸易竞争力分析,得出2021年中国按原材料分类的制成品、机械运输类、杂项制品具有竞争优势和比较优势;蒙古非食用原料、矿物类原料和未分类产品具有比较优势和竞争优势;中对蒙饮料及烟草和动植物油脂具有很强的互补优势;蒙对中的非食用原料、矿物燃料类和未分类产品具有较强的互补优势.最后提出提升双方优势产业核心竞争力、加强重点产业优势互补,提高互补产业合作水平,拓展其他类产业与沿线国家产能合作,建立中蒙境外产业园区,推进中蒙贸易运输便利化水平和完善中蒙区域经贸合作机制.
Abstract
The study of China-Mongolia economic and trade cooperation based on the perspective of industri-al competitiveness will inject new vitality into the construction of China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,further promote the high-quality development of trade between the two countries,and also provide reference for the economic and trade cooperation of the countries along the"One Belt One Road".Firstly,the trade scale,trade structure and trade target countries of China and Mongolia are analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the trade competitiveness of China and Mongolia's subdivided industries,and concludes that in 2021,China's manufac-tured products by raw materials,machinery and transportation category,and miscellaneous products have competitive advantages and comparative advantages;Mongolia's non-edible raw materials,mineral-based raw materials,and unclassified products have comparative and competitive advantages;China has strong com-plementary advantages over Mongolia's beverages and tobacco,and animal and plant fats and oils;Mongolia has strong complementary advantages over China's non-edible raw materials,mineral fuels and unclassified products have strong complementary advantages.Finally,it is proposed to enhance the core competitiveness of the advantageous industries of both sides,strengthen the complementary advantages of key industries,im-prove the level of cooperation in the complementary industries,expand the production capacity cooperation be-tween other industries and the countries along the route,set up China-Mongolia offshore industrial parks,push forward the level of trade and transportation facilitation between China and Mongolia and improve the mecha-nism of China-Mongolia regional economic and trade cooperation.
