随着国内加氢站的快速发展,加氢站的类型和需求种类纷繁多样.氢气压缩机包括机械式压缩机和非机械式压缩机.机械压缩机是目前应用最广泛的压缩机类型,根据压缩技术和设计特点,可分为隔膜压缩机、液驱活塞压缩机、往复活塞压缩机、气驱泵压缩机和离子液压缩机等.非机械式压缩机是专门为氢应用设计的创新非机械技术,包括金属氢化物压缩机和电化学压缩机等.针对不同类型加氢站的需求,对压缩机的类型及其适用条件、选型原则以及实际应用中的案例进行分析,旨在为加氢站的建设和运营提供一定参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of domestic hydrogen refueling stations,there are various types of hy-drogen refueling stations and types of demands.Hydrogen compressors include mechanical compressors and non-mechanical compressors.Mechanical compressors are the most widely used types of compressors,which can be divided into diaphragm compressors,liquid-driven piston compressors,and liquid-driven piston com-pressors according to compression technology and design characteristics.Depending on the compression technology and design features,they can be divided into diaphragm compressors,liquid-driven piston com-pressors,reciprocating piston compressors,gas-driven pump compressors and ionic liquid compressors.Non-mechanical compressors are innovative non-mechanical technologies designed specifically for hydrogen applications,including metal hydride compressors and electrochemical compressors.In view of the needs of different types of hydrogen refueling stations,the types of compressors and their applicable conditions,selec-tion principles as well as cases in practical applications are analyzed,aiming to provide certain references for the construction and operation of hydrogen refueling stations.
