AGC and Primary Frequency Modulation Optimization of Thermal Power Plants Based on the"Two Detailed Rules"
According to the"Jiangsu Power Grid Unified Generating Unit Operation Assessment Mea-sures",a thermal power plant is taken as an example.Upon reviewing the June 2022 monthly dispatch-ing report for Jiangsu Power Grid,data regarding the plant's AGC and primary frequency regulation performance were extracted,and it is analyzed that most of the AGC assessment is due to the fact that the AGC regulation rate and regulation accuracy are not satisfied.At the same time,the primary fre-quency regulation did not keep up with the response speed due to insufficient fuel quantity and unrea-sonable opening of the main steam door.The reasons for the assessment are optimized one by one.
