永磁联轴器传动技术是基于磁力学基本理论,通过将永磁材料的磁力作用,对力和力矩进行无接触传递.相比于传统联轴器的传动方式,永磁联轴器具有显著的优势.特别在带式输送机设备上,由于其经常性出现重载启动、过载运行等情况,更能发挥其明显优势.于此之外,其具有减振、节能、免维护等诸多特点,成为发展趋势.
Abstract
Permanent magnetic coupling transmission technology is based on the basic theory of magnetism,through the magnetic effect of the permanent magnetic material,contactless transmission of force and torque.Compared with the traditional coupling transmission,per-manent magnetic coupling has significant advantages.Especially in the belt conveyor equipment,due to its frequent heavy load startup,overload operation,etc.,to give full play to its obvious advantages.Moreover,its features like vibration reduction,energy efficiency,and maintenance-free operation make it a leading development trend.
