Coastal tourism originated in Europe and began to develop initially along the Mediterranean coast after World War Ⅱ.China's coastal tourism resources are rich and diverse,with profound cultural heritage,and strong industrial linkage effects make it unique in the tourism industry.Taking Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area in Shandong Province as an example,from the perspective of user-generated content(UGC),using the online comment texts of Ctrip and Tongcheng as data sources,using word frequency analysis,semantic network analysis and emotion analysis in ROST Content Mining 6.0 software and other technologies to systematically sort out the tourist destination image of Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area.The study found that high-frequency words are mainly concentrated in tourism attractions,mainly manifested in both cultural landscapes and natural landscapes;the semantic analysis of online texts mainly presents the"core-subcore-periphery"layer structure;in emotional analysis,tourists focus on positive emotions.The research provides new ideas and methods for the innovation and development of Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area,and even the image building and brand pro-motion of coastal tourist destinations.
