产业园区作为打响"上海制造"品牌和提升实体经济能级的重要承载,是培育产业新动能、体现城市竞争力的核心战略载体和创新平台.分析绿色工业园区、循环经济园区、循环化改造园区、低碳工业园区等实践经验,通过加速载体培育、应用新型技术、加强金融赋能等方式,推动零碳园区创建,总结出上海市产业园区零碳创建路径.
Abstract
As an important carrier for launching the"Made in Shanghai"brand and improving the level of the real economy,industrial parks are the core strategic carrier and innovation platform for cultivating new industrial momentum and reflecting urban competitiveness.Analyze practical experience such as green industrial parks,circular economy parks,circular transformation parks,and low carbon industrial parks,promote the creation of zero-carbon parks by accelerating carrier cultivation,applying new technologies,and strengthening financial empowerment,and summarize the path of zero-carbon creation in Shanghai City Industrial Park.
